Before
The manual state
Bookkeeping lived in Excel sheets and paper ledgers. Customer records were scattered, ticket tracking was manual, and there was no cloud backup, so every record the business had sat on one fragile path.
Background
Where I learned it and where I used it, on one timeline.
The degree and the company ran at the same time, and kept handing things to each other. A database course became the agency's accounting schema; a VAT compliance seminar became the rules the ledger enforces. This page is both tracks on one timeline, because separating them was never honest.
After
What changed
A custom accounting system, cloud storage and backup, customer and B2B records, a public company site, and a workflow that lets a small team handle more without proportionally more effort.

Eight semesters, and what each one turned into.
A filled node means that semester produced something that shipped. An empty one means it did not, and I would rather show the gap than invent a link.

What it all fed into
VAT Billing System
Double-entry VAT accounting for Nepali ticketing agencies. Every sales invoice is filed with the tax office as it is issued, an issued invoice can never be edited afterwards, and one deployment serves every client, isolated by PostgreSQL row-level security.
