One flagship, the case studies under it, and the coursework behind both.

NSA Travels is the flagship, the family travel agency I spent four years rebuilding in software. Beside it sits the eighth-semester research paper on risk-adaptive cloud authorization, with the demonstrator that computes it, and under both are four case studies: the ledger the agency runs on, Travora, and the two hackathon prototypes, NiryatHub and SipSetu. Everything is labelled by stage on purpose: unpublished research, supporting case study, in-progress concept, future concept, and practical coursework. I'm not presenting anything as more finished than it is.

Risk-Adaptive Authorization for Hybrid Cloud IAM

A research paper from my eighth semester, with a demo you can click through. It asks two things about every request. Is this account acting normally, and how much power would this action hand it? Then it allows, questions, or refuses. The paper is unpublished.

Most cloud break-ins involve no breaking. The key works, the request is signed, and the command is one that normal deploy tools run every day. The real question is not whether the request is allowed, but how much it hands over and whether this account usually asks for it.

VAT Billing System

Double-entry VAT accounting for Nepali ticketing agencies. Every sales invoice is filed with the tax office as it is issued, an issued invoice can never be edited afterwards, and one deployment serves every client, isolated by PostgreSQL row-level security.

The accounting system that replaced the spreadsheets at my family's travel agency. Rebuilt twice, now reporting each sales invoice to the Inland Revenue Department as it goes out, and a product one deployment can sell to every client.

NiryatHub

A hackathon prototype that takes a Nepali producer from one spoken sentence to a filed invoice, scoring ten destination markets, matching importers, assembling the compliance checklist, costing the corridor out of a landlocked country, and raising the invoice.

Nepal does not have an export-product problem. It has an export-access problem.

A prototype that answers the six questions standing between a producer with two tonnes of cardamom and a paid invoice: which market, at what duty, to which buyer, under what paperwork, through which border, at what cost.

A seventh-semester travel expense app. Every trip is a budget, receipts are photographed instead of typed, and each user's data is fenced off by row-level security rather than by a filter in the front end.

A bilingual employment identity network for Nepal's returnee migrant workers. Spoken overseas work history becomes a graded Skill Passport, and matching to local jobs is a transparent weighted sum a worker can read line by line rather than a score handed down.
